MULTI AXIS CNC MILLING
Our 4 axis vertical Milling machines have an accuracy of 3 microns and can mill upto 1200mm by 600 mm components. Capable of profile machining and high precision grooving. Fitted with FANUC® controller with NC simulation features.
CUSTOM MACHINING
We custom machine all the material grades as per the custom requirement of the customers and OEMs. We support all the OEM programs. We manufacture machined components for all ranges of Excavators, Back Hoe loaders, Skid steers and other forestry equipment. We machine components from Steel Alloys like EN8D, 20MnCr5, 20MnV5, 25CrMO4, Low Carbon Steels, High Carbon Steels, Chrome Steels, Chrome Vanadium Steels, Molybdenum Steels and Copper Alloys like Brass Bronze along with Composites, nylon, PFTE and Plastics.
