Verga Installs 400 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine to its Arsenal of Machines
Verga installs 400 Ton CNC brake machine in its facilities to enhance the capabilities of Progressive Bending, Rolling and Bending. The new machine enhances the capabilities of Verga to bend higher thickness roll plates with precision and to perform progressive bending operations to meet customers design requirements. Manufactured by DENER Makina, Turkey, the new machine can bend upto 3 meters of length.

Verga Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems
Verga Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification for its Quality Management Systems. ISO 9001:2015 is a internationally recognized Standard for certifying that a provider’s Quality management Systems (QMS) including internal processes are in accordance with the international quality standards established by ISO. The certification was performed by TUV Rheinland India. Previously Verga was certified for ISO 9001:2008 Standard until XXX 2018.

Verga Inaugurates New Plant to Expand its Manufacturing Capabilities
The New manufacturing plant of Verga Attachments was inaugurated on 22nd May 2018, in an internal ceremony accompanied by Employees. The new manufacturing facility includes state of art machine shop and dedicated welding shop, spread over 12000 Square feet. New machine shop includes high precision CNC Turning Machines, Multi Axis Vertical Milling centers, Horizontal Boring machines and Conventional drilling centers and turning centers.

Verga Achieves ISO 14001:2015 Certification for Environmental Management Systems
Verga Has received ISO 14001:2015 certification from the international certification body TUV Rheinland. This confirms that the company’s environmental management system meets the requirements of the international standard. Key requirements of the standard include the need to be in full legal compliance with all relevant legislation, identification of environmental aspects and impacts associated with the business objectives and assist in continual improvement of the performance required by the standard.
